Hardie Post-Doctoral (non-stipendiary) Fellowship In the Humanities (EXPIRED)

Lincoln College proposes to elect a non-stipendiary post-doctoral Research Fellow in the area of Humanities (Modern Languages, History, English, Philosophy, Archaeology and Ancient History) for one year in the first instance from 1st October 2012, with the possibility of renewal for a second year and final year. The Fellowship is intended to provide a College affiliation for someone who has recently finished their doctorate and who will be continuing their scholarly research in Oxford. The Fellow may have the opportunity too undertake some undergraduate teaching for the College in the relevant area, for which separate payment will be made at the standard rates.

The successful candidate will have full Common Room rights, and will receive a nominal statutory sum of £200 per annum. Applicants are requested to provide evidence of financial independence in their applications. The successful applicant may have access to single occupancy College accommodation at his or her own expense at a subsidised rate, subject to availability.
