The Le Moyne College Department of Philosophy invites applications for a full-time, one semester Visiting Assistant Professor beginning in August 2016. A successful candidate will have a background in both philosophy and in writing instruction. The VAP will teach in the writing instructional sequence of the Core program, specifically in PHL 110, Introduction to Philosophy. Other teaching will most likely be in Moral Philosophy. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, teaching four (4) courses in the Fall of 2016 and attending department meetings.
